We have installed state-of-the-art equipment capable of producing over 150 million copies a year and there is an account representative on call 24/7 to respond to any situation that may arise. Our operators undergo a three-month training course to learn the necessary procedures inherent to litigation work and sign a confidentiality agreement before they are allowed to handle jobs for our customers. We have copied files in some of the most sensitive cases in the world (sorry, can't say any more!). References are available on request. Color Copies
Our state-of-the-art digital color laser copiers have the highest quality available for reproducing your color photographs, maps, charts, and other originals. Our Fiery and Cyclone RIPs allow superior color management and constant output. Straight from your computer file or ours, onto a variety of papers, card stock, transparencies, or other materials, we can output your PC or Mac files from almost any program available. Oversize & Trial Exhibits
Charts, posters, trade show graphics, trial exhibits, point of purchase displays-all we need to know is how big and how many! ASAP can take your photographs or documents, scan, touch up, color correct, and enlarge them to any size up to 36 x 90 with no splicing. We can copy oversized documents (color or b/w) like blueprints and reduce them to 8.5 x 11. We can also prepare your exhibits for digital presentations in the office or courtroom straight from your laptop. Quick turnarounds are our specialty! As an authorized HP Print Center, we use only the best media and inks. Output in full color or black and white, sizes up to 36 x 60 can be mounted on foamcore or gator board and hung almost anywhere using Velcro. Unmounted pieces can be laminated for flexibility and travel.

Quick Bindings
Acco, tape and side stitch are best used on items that will have a life of less than a year. None of these open flat, thus are not good for frequent reference use, but all are fast and inexpensive.
Coil Types
GBC plastic combs, Wire-O, and plastic Spirals are used for multiple page documents that need to open flat. Each will withstand moderate to heavy use for several years.
Stitched Bindings
Saddle stitching is by far the most popular method of binding 8-100 pages into a book that opens flat and survives heavy use. More than 100 pages are not possible though, as the bulk of the paper eventually becomes too much for the stitching to hold together. ASAP’s inline Duplo Towers can gather and stitch up to 80 pages without extra hand work.
Perfect Bound
Perfect binding is the one you see on magazines and some paperback books. Its benefits are a clean, flat finished spine with almost no limitation on the number of pages. The downside of perfect bound books is that they are not made for even moderate use, pages can fall out if the book is opened too much or too wide. This binding method is best used for short term use when a very high quality of presentation is desired.
Ring Bound
For manuals and reference documentation, nothing beats the old standby, 3-hole punch paper inserted into a regular notebook. ASAP can provide both copying and printing on pre-punched 3-hole paper for insertion into a standard ring binder. Custom binders are available with your image silk-screened on the front.
