Four color process with a varnish? No problem. Two colors on one side,
three on the other, in a hurry? We can print that in one pass on our
perfecting press, then cut, fold and deliver it the next day.
ASAP's print shop is equipped with Heidelberg and ABDick presses that
can handle almost any type of job - brochures, posters, catalogs, newsletters,
carbonless forms, postcards, letterhead, envelopes, labels, and more.

Graphics
It all starts with an idea. Yours or ours? Just tell us and we'll take it from there to create exactly what you need. We can create graphics for all types of printing or copying, as well as digital color copies, trade show displays, trial exhibits or promotional products. You may also provide your own files. Our cross-platform computers and software allow output of a wide variety of graphics files, word processing documents, charts, graphs and more. We use Macintosh, PC and Unix computers to create, process and output files in almost every format possible. We will archive your files and images so the next reorder is just a phone call or email away. If you need your content repurposed for web or other media, we can do that as well.

File Transfer
Bring it, Email it or Call for Pickup If you and/or your artwork are located in Jackson, Mississippi, we'll send someone to pick it up. If not, you can send the files to us in a number of ways - on-line via email or physically on CD, Zip drives or regular diskettes.
Put it in our "FTP Drop Box"
Helpful with large or rush jobs, our ftp site accepts files of any size. Click the FTP button in the grey area to the right Drag and drop your files there for automatic transfer to us. Receipt of the files is automatic, but unless the files are for a job in production already, we may not know what to do with them. Be sure to call or email to enter your job into production.
Proofs
There are many types of proofing available. Your choice should be based on both cost and quality. Low cost soft proofs (color laser and ink jet) are quite acceptable for checking layout and general properties. For a closer match, ASAP's Epson 7000 proofing system is color calibrated to a near match of our color presses. For a seriously close match, 3M Matchprints will be made.
Finishing
Presentation is everything! ASAP offers a complete finishing department with drilling, cutting, folding, perforating, scoring, die cutting, foil stamping, embossing, numbering, padding, shrink wrapping, mounting , laminating and more.
Every job has a type of finishing that fits the budget and intent of the piece. Let us help you find the perfect solution for your project. All operations are performed in our full-service bindery department by experienced personnel, insuring that the best final touches are applied with care.
